Who we are:

Bettridge Interests is a family owned and operated property company with a total of 16 homes. Twelve of our units are in the West Washington Park neighborhood, one in the Washington Park neighborhood and three in the Edgewater/West Highlands area. Bettridge Interests strives to have great tenants who make our houses their homes; with a hands-off management style, we are only there when our tenants need us. But when that time comes we have two highly skilled tradesman as well as a number of skilled and BBB rated plumbers, electricians, HVAC and sewer professionals to make sure any problem is handled quickly and efficiently. Most of our properties have been fully renovated with modern amenities and comfortable finishes while retaining the character and the architectural style of each home.
